7 childern and 30 years of rape/incest

30 years of years of incestuous abuse, the 56-year-old father was sentenced Tuesday to life in prison with the possibility of parole in about 20 years after pleading guilty last month to rape and assault.

The point that he violated his children for such a long period of times goes beyond all belief! Some where in this picture where is the family? No one could see that the children looked like grand dad, and red flags should have popped up? Why when the children went to school with bruises, did no one report this incident?

The sentence of life was not enough... He should have been castrated first and then given the electric chair!

At no point in time should any man get away with violating his children.

It sad that the children have been jaded my the fathers sleazy lust to have sex with his children. I can not imagine the hurt and pain that they have endured over the years with physical and mental abuse!

Unfortunately these women and their children lives have been ruined!Lets just hope that the cycle of abuse ends with the last generation!

Hip-hop artist sentences commuted by President Bush

A Grammy Award-winning hip-hop artist and a former Detroit police sergeant are among 16 individuals to be pardoned or to have their prison sentences commuted by President Bush.

The new round of White House pardons announced late last night are Mr Bush's first since March, and come less than two months before the end of his presidency.

The beneficiaries' crimes include drugs conspiracy, tax evasion, poisoning bald eagles, dumping hazardous waste, bank embezzlement and theft of government property.

John Edward Forte, a Grammy Award-winning rapper, is arguably the best known of those pardoned. He was arrested at Newark International Airport in 2000 after being found with a briefcase containing $1.4m of cocaine and was sentenced to 14 years in prison.

Ann Coulters new book is set for release

Bestselling author and controversialist Ann Coulter plans to crash Obama's inauguration party with her new work, GUILTY.

Set for release first week of January, the book exposes and mocks, in graphic detail, the media's love affair with all things Democrat and Obama. Coulter presents exhibits A through Z.

"GUILTY is a much-needed reality check on a Left gone wild," declares the book's jacket.

"When it comes to bullying, no one outdoes the Left. Citing case after case, ranging from the hilariously absurd to the shockingly vicious, Coulter dissects so-called victims who are invariably the oppressors. For instance: While B. Hussein Obama piously condemned attacks on candidates' families, his media and campaign surrogates ripped open the court-sealed divorce records of his two principal opponents in his Senate race in Illinois."

She waited a lifetime to see this...

As we have approached a new point in history many blacks were surprised that a black person was elected president. I think the key word would be shocked, to sum it up better!

Mr Berg if you know the law, why are you asking the same questions?

Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Pennsylvania attorney who filed a lawsuit suit against Barack H. Obama, challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, filed a Writ of Certiorari in the United States Supreme Court. Berg is taking legal action in order to view President-Elect Barack Obama's birth certificate and other similar documents.

I thought that Mr. Berg Being an Attorney, he would have done his research and found out that a person can automatically become a American citizen. Mr Berg If a person is born to an American parent they are an American citizen, regardless of where the birth occurred. Even if Obama had been born on the freaking' MOON, he'd still be an American citizen because of his mother's nationality.

This were Mr Berg is playing to the ignorant, he knows that neither the Governor's office, nor any other office in the State of Hawaii, can provide information concerning birth certificates, or produce birth certificates, to anyone except those who are listed in the law governing vital statistics records. Vital statistics records, such as birth certificates, are protected by strict confidentiality requirements. Specifically, pursuant to section 338-18, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), the Department of Health, which maintains these records, may not allow the inspection of a birth certificate, or issue a certified copy of a birth certificate, or disclose any information contained in a birth certificate, unless it is satisfied that the applicant has a direct and tangible interest in the record:

(a) To protect the integrity of vital statistics records, to ensure their proper use, and to ensure the efficient and proper administration of the vital statistics system, it shall be unlawful for any person to permit inspection of, or to disclose information contained in vital statistics records, or to copy or issue a copy of all or part of any such record, except as authorized by this part or by rules adopted by the department of health.

(b) The department shall not permit inspection of public health statistics records, or issue a certified copy of any such record or part thereof, unless it is satisfied that the applicant has a direct and tangible interest in the record. The following persons shall be considered to have a direct and tangible interest in a public health statistics record:
(1) The registrant;
(2) The spouse of the registrant;
(3) A parent of the registrant;
(4) A descendant of the registrant;
(5) A person having a common ancestor with the registrant;
(6) A legal guardian of the registrant;
(7) A person or agency acting on behalf of the registrant;
(8) A personal representative of the registrant’s estate;
(9) A person whose right to inspect or obtain a certified copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction;
(10) Adoptive parents who have filed a petition for adoption and who need to determine the death of one or more of the prospective adopted child’s natural or legal parents;
(11) A person who needs to determine the marital status of a former spouse in order to determine the payment of alimony;
(12) A person who needs to determine the death of a non related co-owner of property purchased under a joint tenancy agreement; and
(13) A person who needs a death certificate for the determination of payments under a credit insurance policy.

So he wanted Obama to fuel his fire with a birth certificate... Why? Did any of his feeble attempts to challenge Mr Obama stop anything?

I am in awe that Obama was able to get a license go to college, get a passport and get elected president!

If you look at Mr Berg he constantly trying to stir up controversy! His web site has generated over 40 million hits, he has been on every conservative talk show with the irony of his fiction! Now here is the key to all this, he needs your donations to help keep up the noise... Remember if you don't pay, he can not play! Lets stop this 10 minute of fame... He is just another Joe the Plumber, trying to get a gig!

gas has dropped aga

Did you see that gas has dropped again, I thought that it had something to do with the election. The election has come and gone and the gas prices are still dropping! As much heat as Obama has taken he is in my mind proving that he was the right choice for president. He is putting in place a good support team, and implementing his plan to stimulate the economy. The fact that I know am putting $20.00 dollars in my tank and getting 10 gallons is wonderful... Would anyone believe that 2 months ago that $40.00 dollars once gave me the same 10 gallons? The ideal that the united states is implementing a plan to save energy is helping the price of gas to drop. Although lets be real if we were not loosing jobs and still traveling everywhere, the price of gas may not have dropped! But the US consumption has dropped therefore forcing the gas price to drop. Exon Mobile is the only company to really profit from the gas price rise... They profited 15 billion for a quarter... WOW. I promise I will not be upset if they don't make half of that for the next quarter! The key is that we can put gas in our cars.

Did you know these voting facts?

Did you know why the the voting age changed from 21?

The voting age was changed back in the '70s because of the draft. The minimum age for the draft was 18, and people thought that if you are old enough to be sent into combat, you should have a say in what goes on within the government.
The minimum voting age in the US in 2007 is 18.

Did you know How many electoral votes does United States have?

Did you know how the Electorial Votes are determined for each state?

Each state has a number of electoral votes (electors) equal to the number of Senators and Representatives that particular state is entitled to have in Congress. If a state is entitled to have 10 Representatives and 2 Senators, it gets 12 electoral votes.

Did you know that how many states that get fewest electoral votes?

The following 8 states have the fewest electoral votes each: (3)

Did you know how many times a president was elected who did not win the popular vote?
It has happened four times in history.
The 2000 election was the most recent when the candidate who received the greatest number of electoral votes, and thus won the presidency, didn't win the popular vote. But this scenario has played out in our nation's history before.
In 1824, John Quincy Adams was elected president despite not winning either the popular vote or the electoral vote. Andrew Jackson was the winner in both categories. Jackson received 38,000 more popular votes than Adams, and beat him in the electoral vote 99 to 84. Despite his victories, Jackson didn't reach the majority 131 votes needed in the Electoral College to be declared president. In fact, neither candidate did. The decision went to the House of Representatives, which voted Adams into the White House.
In 1876, Rutherford B. Hayes won the election (by a margin of one electoral vote), but he lost the popular vote by more than 250,000 ballots to Samuel J. Tilden.
In 1888, Benjamin Harrison received 233 electoral votes to Grover Cleveland's 168, winning the presidency. But Harrison lost the popular vote by more than 90,000 votes.
In 2000, George W. Bush was declared the winner of the general election and became the 43rd president, but he didn't win the popular vote either. Al Gore holds that distinction, garnering about 540,000 more votes than Bush. However, Bush won the electoral vote, 271 to 266.

Barack Grandmother died,

Sen. Barack Obama's grandmother died Sunday night, just hours before a presidential election in which her grandson could become the first African-American to win the nation's highest office.
"It is with great sadness that I must announce that Barack grandmother Ms Madelyn Dunham lost her battle with cancer and died peacefully in her sleep. Several groups of conservative talk show host all scrutinize why would Obama go back to Hawaii to see his grandmother in the middle of a presidental race... Actually they all had this conspiracy theory that Obama traveled back to get his birth certificate. Which turned out to be false. None even considered that the woman was sick! Now this lets you know that the cards were really stacked against Obama, for now that she died, they question why did he not stay their with her when she was on her death bed... This was a no win situation with the conservatives, you see he was damned if he did and damned if he didn't.

I only wish that the conservatives would have atleast showed him just a little compassion while he is dealing with his lost!
